head of operationsFrédérique co-founded Buzzinbees in 2009, where she took the role of head of operations, infrastructure and procurement.
Prior to holding this position, Frédérique was the director of the HP France international sites, Grenoble and L'Isle d'Abeau (close to Lyon), where she demonstrated her sense of leadership and mediation.
Very structured, continuously striving for more efficiency and customer satisfaction, equipped with excellent business sense, she held various positions from software quality & test to business operations management for a significant set of the Opencall portfolio. Prior to the HP Opencall business unit, Frédérique was accountable for the quality of the HP Brio and Vectra personal computers lines, managed by Eric Cador.
Frédérique holds a master of science from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne, and graduated from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She was awarded 2 patents on digital TV encoding while she was a research engineer at the Philips labs.
Frédérique is married and is a happy mother of one beautiful little girl, who is taking most of her free time.
