Buzzinbees also provides you access to its online knowledge base: support FAQ… and answers.

Pricing, flexibility and scalability

Buzzinbees offers:

  • Bee-READY basic 8×5 CET (central European time office hours) support,
  • Bee-SUP support acceleration.

Buzzinbees requires 24×7 support for production platforms and at least 8×5 support for non-production platforms.
